The 19th Annual Gala

The Harford County Public Library Foundation’s 19th Annual Gala, An Evening in the Stacks, will take place Saturday, November 4, 2023.

This is the Foundation’s signature event to benefit the Harford County Public Library and is attended by more than 650 people.

This year Gala proceeds will support the Rolling Reader, a mobile library offering programs, reading materials, technology, and other resources to underserved communities in Harford County.
